Understanding the Method
-
Pravilo is a guided decompression method that uses controlled traction to release deep tension, improve posture, and support strength and recovery.
-
Absolutely — it is guided by an experienced instructor and tailored to your body. Every session is adjusted to your level, comfort, and condition.

-
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, with extended premium options available.
-
The frequency of sessions depends on your personal goals and intentions with Pravilo. As a general recommendation, we suggest two sessions per week for steady progress. For a slower and more gradual approach, one session per week is also effective.
-
Yes — if you have acute injury, recent surgery, fractures, major spinal instability, or serious medical conditions, medical clearance is required.
