  • Yes — if you have acute injury, recent surgery, fractures, major spinal instability, or serious medical conditions, medical clearance is required.

  • Can I do Pravilo during pregnancy?

    For safety reasons, Pravilo sessions are contraindicated during pregnancy and are not offered to pregnant clients.
